RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Daily Administrative Duties:

  • Organizing large mailers
  • Preparing and shipping packages
  • Photocopying , filing and scanning
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Stock supply room/break room and assist in general office upkeep
  • Scheduling building maintenance
  • Projects (Organizers/Engagement Letters/Billing) and other clerical projects.

Internal Software Maintenance Duties:

  • Maintaining database accuracy
  • Importing/exporting reports to and from Excel
  • Supporting team with accurate record keeping

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of general office/clerical experience
  • Must have experience with MS Office
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat formatting
  • Exceptional organization and problem solving skills
  • Tech Savvy a requirement
