Essential Job Duties
- Partner with leadership to assess current client payroll structures and existing systems to support transition to isolved platform
- Participate in isolved implementation meetings, contributing to timelines, requirement, and configuration
- Plan, organize, and lead payroll-related projects, to ensure proper integration for new and existing clients
- Support the integration and consolidation of payroll functions across departments, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Assist and lead the onboarding of new clients into the isolved platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field is highly preferred
- Three to ten years of payroll bureau experience with a mixture of processinga nd implementation/onboarding experience.
- isolved experience is required
- Strong verbal & written communication abilities with various levels of management & clients
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask, establish priorities & organize efficiently
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and strong attention to detail
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
