As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I play a key role in driving agent growth and expansion within a high-performing real estate organization. I focus on attracting top talent, supporting agent onboarding, and contributing to a results-driven, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, and onboarding real estate agents
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship management
• Support new agent onboarding and early-stage development to ensure long-term success
• Partner with leadership on talent strategy, growth, and retention initiatives
• Foster a positive and high-performance team culture
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring processes for efficiency and results
