Good Vibes, Great Dentistry. Join Our Smile Driven Team.
Dental Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator
Laurich Dentistry isn’t your typical dental office, and that’s exactly how we like it. We believe great dentistry starts with happy, supported people, and our team is truly what sets us apart. We’ve built a team-first workplace where high standards, clear communication, flexibility, and fun all work together. Our Smile Driven approach shows up in everything we do, from how we care for our patients, to how we support our team.
Why You’ll Love Working at Laurich Dentistry
When you join Laurich Dentistry, you’re joining an office that values balance, growth, and appreciation. At our offices you can expect:
- A supportive, team-first culture where your contributions are noticed
- A fun, upbeat environment with room to grow long-term
- Flexible scheduling and a healthy work–life balance we actually respect (only work one Friday a month)
- Ongoing training and opportunities to learn new skills, using the latest dental technology
- Clear communication, modern systems, and smooth daily workflows

This role is a great fit for someone who has a strong background in the front office and has excellent dental assisting skills as well.
