- Material Transport & Spreading: Safely operate CDL vehicles to haul and spread gravel, dirt, and asphalt.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize front-end loaders, steel wheel rollers, and patching machines for road construction and ditching.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct daily fluid/safety checks and perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment longevity.

Requirements
What you Bring:
- Experience: Maintaining facilities, knowledge in areas such as landscaping, general maintenance and/or general construction
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Skill Highlight: Ability to adapt, plan, and perform maintenance under changing conditions, Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Licenses/Certifications: Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid commercial driver’s license issued by the state of SC (Class A, Class B CDL with air brakes). Clean driving record and the ability to maintain insurability.
