Bartender (Part-Time | Weekend Focus)

Position Summary

Laurel Valley Golf Club is seeking a Bartender to support our Food & Beverage team during peak service times. This role is responsible for delivering an elevated bar experience through quality beverage preparation, professional service, and a strong commitment to our member experience. Weekend availability is essential.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards
• Deliver attentive, timely, and personalized service to members and guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Accurately enter orders and process payments through POS system
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Support team service by communicating effectively with servers and kitchen staff
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking dutie

What We’re Looking For

• Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic cocktail preparation, beer, and wine service
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Weekend and evening availability required

Schedule

• Part-time, seasonal 
• Primary shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (including evenings)
