Role Description
The Growth Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pittsburgh, PA. The responsibilities include identifying and implementing growth strategies to increase membership and participation, creating and executing sales plans, and working collaboratively with volunteers and community leaders. The role involves analyzing membership and program data, managing growth-related projects, and consistently engaging in relationship-building and communication efforts to promote the organization's mission and programs.
