Corporate Payroll Coordinator

The Corporate Payroll Coordinator will oversee all payroll-related functions including, but not limited to:

• Importing time
• Processing a multi-state company payroll on a semi-monthly basis
• Payroll tax compliance and payroll reporting in a multi-state environment.

You would be a good fit if you:

• Have 5 years of payroll experience
• Experienced with computerized timekeeping systems
• Have experience with Excel
• Have a clear understanding of federal, state and local taxes
• An in-depth understanding of accounting principles (accounting degree is preferred)
• Healthcare experience preferred

Your duties in addition to payroll may include:

• Resolving payroll discrepancies with facilities and employees,
• Filing taxes for multiple companies
• Monthly reconciliations and coordinating with other departments
• Ongoing training for facility payroll staff
• Occasional travel to the state of Michigan
