We are not looking for someone whose only experience is mowing, weed eating, or basic lawn maintenance. Those are
valuable skills, but this position is for landscape construction and installation work.

● Trailer backing experience

Schedule and Seasonal Workload
Our workload changes by season. Our peak season is generally March through June, with July also being busy some
years depending on weather, backlog, and project demand. During peak season, the right person should expect to work
50-60 hours per week when the schedule and weather require it.
During slower months, especially January and February, hours may be closer to 20-30 hours per week, depending on
weather, backlog, and project schedule.
This position is best for someone who understands the seasonal nature of landscape construction and is willing to work
hard during the busy season while staying flexible during slower months.
What this job is not
This is not a mowing route position. We are not hiring someone just to mow yards. We need someone with landscape
construction and installation skill.
If your only experience is mowing, weed eating, or general lawn maintenance, this is probably not the right position.
