Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
- Construction experience or previous exposure to mechanical or building trades is highly desirable.
- Service technician experience or hands-on work with HVAC/R systems will give you a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with schematics, electrical diagnostics, refrigeration principles, and HVAC design concepts is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, boiler operation, or appliance repair enhances your capability in this role.
- Mechanical knowledge related to mechanical systems repair or property maintenance is beneficial.
- Certifications such as EPA refrigerant handling are required; additional certifications like welding or ammonia refrigeration are a plus.
- Experience using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters or field service equipment supports effective troubleshooting skills.
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
