Inside Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary

Are you looking to start a career in sales with unlimited earning potential? We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our team. No prior fastener experience is required—we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the motivation to build lasting customer relationships. We provide the training you'll need to become an expert in industrial fasteners and related products.

This position combines office-based sales support with outside customer visits to help grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Visit customer job sites, shops, and businesses to introduce our products and services.
• Prepare customer quotes and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Assist customers in selecting the right fasteners and hardware for their projects.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with the warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.
• Learn our product line and stay up to date on new products and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system.

• Meet or exceed individual sales goals.

• Deliver products as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service, retail, sales, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable talking with new people and building relationships.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Experience working in construction, manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments.
• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in learning industrial products.
