The Position:

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional entertainment experience

for our guests. A Cleaning Attendant's attitude greatly affects how Launch Family

Entertainment as a whole is perceived. As a Cleaning Attendant you will maintain the

cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the location, assisting associates with

maintaining their respective areas and completing the necessary checklist(s) throughout

the day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cleaning Attendant Duties:

• Manage/maintain the Cleaning Attendant’s checklist on a regular basis

• Maintain the cleanliness of the entire facility, by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping,

cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces. This includes the building surroundings

• Maintain stock levels in a clean, organized and safe manner

• Empty trash cans and replace liners as necessary

• Dust and clean furniture, windows and equipment

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cleaning closets

• Ensure there are proper labels, dilution and use of all chemicals

• Wear proper protective equipment as needed

• Must be able to work evenings and weekends

• Performs job in a friendly, courteous manner at all times.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management or needed by the business.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to be a team player and hard worker.

• Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and managers but

especially with guests.

• Must understand and reinforce the Launch culture.

• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).

• Must be outgoing and able to interact and engage with all guests to enhance

guest experience.

• Bilingual a plus

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
