Position: Cleaning Professional (Independent Contractor or Full-Time)
Pay: $18.50/hour (quick growth to $20/hour)
Bonus: $350 bonus after 3 months of consistent work
Job Description-
DeBraga’s Cleaning Service is a growing, locally owned cleaning business looking to add a reliable, hardworking cleaner to our team. This role is physically demanding and best suited for someone who takes pride in detailed work and enjoys an active job.
We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, and able to work efficiently in residential homes. Prior professional cleaning experience is a strong plus, but not required for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, etc.)
- Follow established cleaning checklists and standards
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time
Requirements
- Fluent in English (must be able to communicate clearly with clients and follow instructions)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Physically able to handle a fast-paced, hands-on job
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cleaning experience is a bonus, but not required
Schedule
- Weekdays only
- Hours vary, but typically between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows
Compensation & Growth
- Starting pay: $18.50/hour
- Opportunity to increase to $20/hour quickly based on performance and reliability
- $350 retention bonus after 3 months of consistent work
