Position Overview:

Team Members at Launch provide friendly, responsive service to ensure an exceptional entertainment experience for every guest. Team Members work across various areas of the park including attractions, food service (Krave), cashier/front desk, party hosting, redemption, greeting, and mascot appearances. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction & Experience

• Greet and assist guests with a welcoming and enthusiastic attitude.
• Interact with guests across attractions, front desk, parties, and Krave.
• Address guest questions or concerns using approved communication standards.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service in all guest interactions.
• Assist with waiver verification, wristband distribution, and jump prep.

Attractions & Park Safety

• Monitor and operate attractions ensuring safety rules are followed.
• Conduct daily attraction inspections and safety checklists.
• Engage actively with jumpers and guests on the floor.
• Assist with minor first-aid needs and report injuries to supervisors.

Food Service (Krave)

• Prepare and serve food and beverages per health and company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food prep and dining area.
• Restock and rotate inventory as needed.
• Operate POS system accurately and responsibly.

Cashiering & Front Desk

• Sell and process tickets, merchandise, and gift cards.
• Ensure guests complete and sign waivers accurately.
• Manage cash drawer with accuracy and accountability.
• Maintain the front area’s cleanliness and appearance.

Parties & Events

• Host birthday parties and events, following timing and service expectations.
• Serve food and cake, lead party activities, and ensure a memorable experience.
• Upsell party add-ons and promotional items as appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of party rooms and supplies.

Redemption & Arcade

• Assist guests with redeeming tickets for prizes.
• Monitor prize inventory and restock as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized redemption area.

Greeter & Mascot Duties (as needed)

• Greet guests with a smile and “Welcome to Launch!”
• Perform as Joey the Kangaroo (mascot) at events and in-park when scheduled.
• Maintain appropriate mascot behavior and uniform care.

Qualifications:

• At least 16 years of age or older
• Willingness to be a team player and hard worker.
• Must be outgoing and able to interact with guests of all ages.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 10 hours).
• Able to lift up to 25–40 pounds regularly.
• Previous customer service, food service, or event experience is a plus.
• Must embrace and promote the Launch culture.

Other Requirements:

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexibility to shift between roles based on park needs.
• Must present a neat, professional image and follow uniform standards.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
