Latva Machine is looking for a detail-oriented Deburr & Polish Technician to join our precision manufacturing team.
In this hands-on role, you'll deburr, polish, inspect, and finish precision-machined components used in aerospace and high-tech industries. You'll work with materials such as stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, Inconel, and Monel while ensuring parts meet exact quality and customer specifications.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of manufacturing, machining, deburring, polishing, or metal-finishing experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with hand tools, Dremels, files, polishing equipment, and inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable team player with a strong work ethic
