Primary Responsibilities for the Shipping Coordinator:
- Responsible for the receipt and shipment of incoming materials, supplies, and products.
- Receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition.
- Gathers, verifies, and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used.
- Records received and shipped items according to established procedures.
- May route incoming items within the company as directed.
Required for the Shipping Coordinator:
- High school diploma required.
- 3 years of relevant work experience (shipping, material handling or administrative support).
Preferred for the Shipping Coordinator:

- Customer Response: Responds to standard requests from internal or external customers.
- Planning and Organizing: Manages own time to meet deadlines through guidance of others within a specified timeframe.

- Ability to work in a production-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
