```Responsibilities:```- Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the ownership/management team- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant- Oversee banquet and catering events, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality food- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
```Experience:```- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting- Extensive knowledge of food handling, food safety, and sanitation regulations- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Experience in menu planning and recipe development- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
