What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Administrator (Temporary) position at Latitude Legal?
Latitude is partnering with an Atlanta based corporate client to identify an exceptional Riskonnect/ Salesforce Administrator to provide system administration, custom development and application support for the Risk Management Information System from Riskonnect, which resides on Salesforce. Major tasks of this role include administering the Riskonnect application, managing user permissions and profiles, developing the environment to support the requirements of the business and working with outside consultants for more complex development. The role is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills who possesses strong problem solving skills, is adaptive to change and is a self-starter.
Must have flexibility to work onsite at the company’s Atlanta office on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities
Pay: $45 to $65/hr. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer the current Riskonnect Salesforce-based RMIS application.
- Develop the environment to support the requirements of the business, including the Risk Management, Safety, and Loss Prevention functions. To include some international support as well.
- Manage user permissions and profiles in accord with SailPoint access control.
- Support use cases for the application; including reports, dashboards, process flows, etc. to improve return on the technology investment.
- May require working with Riskonnect personnel or outside consultants for more complex development.
- May help supply field training on leveraging Riskonnect/Salesforce capabilities.
- 2 years of experience with Riskonnect or Salesforce development
- 2 years of basic scripting proficiency including Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to a diverse user base.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
