Successful applicants must have the ability to support complex finance and lending transactions with confidence, leveraging their depth of experience to hit the ground running. In this role, you will work on matters that match the sophistication of BigLaw but in a setting that values balance, teamwork, and professionalism. Pay: The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 per year . Pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.

- Basic Requirements for the Commercial Real Estate Paralegal: 6 years of commercial real estate finance experience
- Recent experience supporting the commercial real estate finance group of a large corporate law firm or a commercial real estate boutique firm is strongly preferred
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
- Outstanding references required
