Public Finance Public Improvement Districts Associate Attorney (Hybrid / Full Time Law Firm Associate)
An esteemed boutique law firm is growing its public finance team and is excited to welcome a Public Finance Associate Attorney with experience in Public Improvement Districts (PIDs). This is a chance to join a nationally respected firm known for its strength in real estate transactions while expanding your expertise in public finance, assessment-based funding, and municipal development projects.
You’ll work alongside a highly skilled group of attorneys handling sophisticated, high-profile matters. Whether your background is in PIDs, Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs), or other geo-bonds and assessment-based financing, this role offers both challenge and career growth.
This is a hybrid role in the Austin, Texas metro area. Relocation candidates are welcome and will be fully considered.
Basic Requirements for the Public Finance Public Improvement Districts Associate Attorney:
Pay: The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $280,000 or more. This position is also eligible for bonuses and advancement. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
