This opportunity offers meaningful courtroom and case-ownership responsibility in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your work directly shapes client outcomes and firm growth. The role is hybrid (4 days per week in the Seattle office), and candidates must be actively licensed to practice in Washington State.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other tort claims
- Conduct client intake, investigation, and case evaluation
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement documents
- Handle depositions, mediations, and negotiations with insurance carriers
- Participate in court hearings and trial preparation
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and other parties involved
- Maintain accurate case documentation and meet all deadlines
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license in Washington State
- Minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Proven ability to handle cases independently with minimal supervision
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving favorable outcome
- Type of role: Permanent
- Schedule: Full-time
- Location: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Commission: 10% – 12% of legal fees collected on cases managed solely by the attorney.
- Total compensation will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, work experience, credentials, and overall fit for the role.
