One of my top clients is seeking a high-caliber Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a premier firm in Bellevue, WA. This is a "heavy litigation" role designed for a seasoned advocate who thrives in the courtroom and possesses the leadership skills to guide a dedicated legal team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of litigation, from initial filing and discovery through mediation, arbitration, and trial.
- Manage a complex caseload of personal injury matters with very little oversight.
- Serve as a leader and mentor to a support team of paralegals and legal assistants.
- Take and defend expert depositions and argue substantive motions.
- Maintain a high level of client communication and strategic advocacy.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation (candidates with 8 years are also encouraged to apply).
- Licensure: Must be a member in good standing with the Washington State Bar (WSBA).
- Skills: Proven track record of handling heavy litigation and the ability to work independently.
- Leadership: Experience managing or leading a legal team is highly preferred.
- Drive: A desire for professional growth and a results-oriented mindset.
