What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal (Full-Time/Permanent) position at Latitude Legal?
Latitude is working with an established law firm located in the suburbs of Philadelphia to find an experienced litigation paralegal to join their growing team. The law firm primarily handles civil litigation cases on behalf of its prominent clients, but also handles corporate, transactional and real estate matters. The ideal candidate will have a team mentality, can work self-sufficiently with continuous productivity and will contribute ideas/suggestions for improvements. This is a permanent, in office position.

Basic Requirements For The Litigation Paralegal
- 2 years of litigation paralegal experience at a Philadelphia-area law firm
- Experience with Pennsylvania State and Federal Court filing systems
- Ability to navigate Rules of Civil Procedure of both Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational skills and effective communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate Required
- Outstanding professional references
- Drafting correspondence and handling communications with clients
- Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Manage multiple projects, maintain multiple schedules, and meet deadlines
- Maintain case deadlines and perform case filings
- Regularly notify attorneys of upcoming deadlines
- Perform conflicts checks
- Maintain office confidentiality
- Type of role: Permanent
- Schedule: Full-time
- Location: In Office (Main Line, Suburbs of Philadelphia)
- Pay: The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $90,000 or more, commensurate with experience. This position is also eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
