What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-House Corporate Counsel position at Latitude Legal?
Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join the legal department of a large North American logistics company. The ideal candidate has 7 years of experience structuring, drafting, negotiating, and revising a broad range of commercial agreements, including procurement and vendor, technology and software licensing, marketing and sponsorship, supply and logistics, professional and consulting services, and customer-facing sales agreements. Prior experience working at a large corporate law firm and/or a large corporate legal department is preferred.
Requirements For The In-House Corporate Counsel
Pay: The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $220,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
