Corporate Governance Paralegal (In-House Full-Time / Hybrid in Minneapolis)

In this role, you’ll work closely with the legal team of a global organization with a strong international presence, providing key support to the General Counsel, board of directors and board committees. The responsibilities include preparing board and committee agendas, drafting minutes and resolutions, and supporting a range of corporate governance matters. This role is well suited for someone currently working in-house at a public company who is looking for sophisticated, high-impact work within a collaborative and supportive team environment. The position is hybrid and requires working three to four days per week in the company’s suburban Minneapolis office, so candidates must reside in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area.

Minimum Requirements For The Corporate Governance Paralegal
- 5 years of experience managing general corporate support for a public company including preparing board and committee agendas, drafting minutes and resolutions, and related matters
- Prior experience supporting a public company’s board of directors is required
- Experience providing support for securities filings is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate or legal education preferred
- Proficiency using Diligent, HCue, and Workiva
- Outstanding references

- Pay: The annual salary range for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
