The Invoicing Clerk is responsible for preparing, processing, and tracking customer invoices using QuickBooks. This role ensures accurate billing, timely payments, and organized financial records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with accounting systems and customer information.
- Create, prepare, and send customer invoices in QuickBooks with accuracy and completeness.
- Review job details, contracts, or service tickets to confirm billable items and proper pricing.
- Post payments, apply credits, and reconcile customer accounts within QuickBooks.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and support the follow-up process on overdue invoices.
- Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, missing information, or payment status.
- QuickBooks experience
- 1 year invoicing experience
