Job Description
The selected candidate will:
- Review sales orders for accuracy and billing the orders
- Perform Inventory adjustments
- Compare purchase orders to sale orders
- Review service tickets to service orders
- Calculate and compare freight to billing policy
The successful candidate's background will include:
- Associate Degree in Accounting (required) or working towards a related degree; Bachelor Degree in Accounting (preferred); Significant experience may be substituted for the education requirement
- Skilled in Accounts Payable and/or knowledge in the service industry a plus.
- Expert verbal and written English proficiency
- Skilled in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
- SAP experience preferred
- Perform all other duties by the Managers
