Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst with hands-on experience in HRIS data extraction, collection, and reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and supporting our HR information systems while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability for strategic HR decision-making. This position is onsite two days per week.Responsibilities:Extract, collect, and analyze HR data from the HRIS to support reporting, compliance, and business insights.Develop, maintain, and optimize recurring and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.Ensure data quality and consistency by running audits, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating corrections with HR stakeholders.Assist with HRIS configuration, data uploads, table maintenance, and system updates as needed.Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and other departments to understand data needs and deliver accurate reporting solutions.Support HRIS projects such as system enhancements, workflow improvements, and data migration efforts.Maintain documentation of data processes, report definitions, and system configurations.Troubleshoot data and reporting issues while providing timely solutions and support to HR system users.Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and confidentiality standards across all HRIS activities.
