The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and recipient support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients while maintaining compliance with all internal and external regulations.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support daily operational functions, including data entry, account updates, and transaction monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Compliance, and Operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
