Quality Management System and procedures throughout the organization,
ensuring adequate documentation and continuous improvement. Establish
departmental goals that ensure forward progress of the quality
organization. Support the Plant Manager in the continual improvement of
processes and systems. Manage the process for Corrective and Preventive
Actions. Ensure customer satisfaction through relationship,
responsiveness, and continuous improvement. Report customer satisfaction
