Title: Part-Time Support Staff
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Director of Treatment Programs
Position Summary:
The Support Staff is responsible for providing administrative support to the Treatment Programs team, including managing client records and ensuring the quality, accuracy, accessibility, and security of both paper and electronic files. This role supports data tracking, reporting, and communication with clients and community partners.

Essential Job Duties:
- Review client records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Organize and maintain data within clinical databases and registries
- Monitor and report client outcomes to support quality improvement efforts
- Ensure records are completed in a timely and compliant manner, meeting agency, state, and federal guidelines
- Maintain regular communication with DHS caseworkers, including submitting client progress updates
- Respond promptly to phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Receive and process Domestic Violence referrals as they are received
- Consistently adhere to agency policies and procedures
- Accurately record and maintain data electronically for reporting and analysis
- Safeguard client health information and uphold confidentiality and data security standards
- Oversee and manage the Domestic Violence Pantry/Closet
- Provide project and administrative support to the Director as needed
- Local travel may be required
- Perform other duties as assigned, based on training and experience

Supervisory Responsibility:
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time position, generally scheduled for 20 hours or less per week, Monday through Friday. Some evening and weekend hours may be required. Work hours and shifts are subject to change based on business needs.
Qualifications:Required Minimum Job Qualifications, Experience, and Education:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and possesses intermediate general computer skills; able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms with English and Spanish-speaking customers.
Position Requirements:
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and proof of current automobile liability insurance, including uninsured motorist coverage.
- Negative TB test within 12 months prior to employment or completed before hire.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and lift to 30 pounds.
- Must submit three professional letters of reference prior to employment.
- Must pass a background check; employment is contingent on satisfactory results.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Required to complete suicide prevention and trauma-informed care training within 60 days of hire
