Latin Expo Group, organizer of the largest auto parts, lubricants, and tire expo in Latin America, is looking for a motivated and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Miami. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys sales, relationship building, and international events.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Booth sales to exhibitors throughout the year, including outreach, follow-ups, and closing contracts
β’ Exhibitor communication, relationship management, and account support before, during, and after the expo
β’ Onsite event coordination during our annual expo, including exhibitor support and logistics
β’ Collaboration with marketing on creative initiatives, promotions, and exhibitor visibility
β’ Participation in planning, execution, and growth of our international trade shows
Requirements:
β’ Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
β’ Strong sales skills and comfort working with B2B clients
β’ Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
β’ Creative mindset with interest in marketing and branding
β’ Ability to travel to Panama once per year for the annual expo
β’ Must have full U.S. work authorization (all rights to work in the U.S.)
Work Location & Schedule:

β’ Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM β 5:00 PM
β’ 5 days per week in the office
