As a E-Branch Associate At Reliant, You Will
- Answers basic member questions/inquiries or directs them to the proper person for specific information, assistance, and problem resolution. Retrieves member documents as needed.
- Assures a full range of Reliant’s convenience products and services are provided to members. Promotes, instructs and demonstrates for members how to utilize electronic delivery channels. Actively participates in product and service promotions.
- Reviews and responds to member communication (email, chat, text, secure chat tickets, formstack, etc.) within established timeframes.
- Monitors and records E-Branch and Member Service Center metrics.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Professional and positive attitude, with a desire to help others
- Confidence to recommend products and services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently as well as with a team
- High school diploma or equivalent is desired
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Use keyboard, monitor, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
- Lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds.
- Capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
