Structured Finance Associates | Charlotte | Elite Firm
We're working with a market-leading structured finance team seeking associates with 2–8 years of experience to join its Charlotte office.
This Chambers USA top-ranked practice is a market leader in Structured Finance/Capital Markets—particularly middle-market and broadly syndicated loan CLOs—and regularly advises arrangers, managers, investors, and issuers on complex structuring, execution, and regulatory matters.
The Role:
- Advise on structuring, execution, and closing of CLO transactions
- Focus on middle-market leveraged loan transactions
- Work directly with arrangers, managers, investors, and issuers
- Manage multiple sophisticated transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Join a collaborative, collegial team with strong deal flow
Ideal Candidate:
- 2–8 years of structured finance experience
- Significant exposure to CLOs and/or middle-market leveraged loans
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- BigLaw training preferred
- Licensed in a U.S. jurisdiction
