Lateral Link is assisting an AmLaw firm and repeat client with an unposted search for an antitrust litigation associate.


The candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience on antitrust matters.

Ideal candidates will have experience in civil antitrust matters at all stages of litigation, with a focus on price- fixing, monopolization, and price discrimination.

Candidates should also have experience drafting pleadings, working on discovery, researching and drafting motions and briefs, preparing for, taking and defending depositions, and working with experts.
