Private Equity M&A Associate Attorney

Run sponsor-side transactions end-to-end. Draft, negotiate, and lead core workstreams across buyouts, add-ons, minority/growth investments, venture rounds, recapitalizations, exits, and executive equity.

BigLaw salary PLUS get a full end of year bonus signing bonus if you start before the end of the year.

What you’ll do:

• Run PE/M&A workstreams with direct client contact
• Draft/negotiate SPAs, merger and rollover docs, equity and incentive plans, key ancillaries
• Own diligence, closings, and counterparty/advisor coordination
• Mentor juniors; regular partner exposure

What you bring:

• 3 years at a leading firm in PE/M&A or growth/VC
• Proven independent ownership within a team
• Strong business judgment and crisp writing/speaking
• NY bar or eligibility (next exam/waiver)
