What You'll Actually Do:

• Get substantive, stand-up courtroom and deposition experience from day one.
• Work directly with trial partners who are leaders in the field, not through layers of senior associates.
• Shape case strategy on disputes involving blockbuster drugs and cutting-edge gene therapies.

What You Bring:

• 2-7 years of patent litigation experience.
• A technical degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related discipline is required.
• A desire to be in the courtroom and the drive to win.
• Bar admission in good standing.
