We are looking for a Senior Account & New Business Executive to join our Commercial team and lead the growth strategy across USA & Canada markets.
This is a key role for someone who combines strategic thinking, commercial mindset and a true passion for developing businesses — someone who can understand clients’ needs, create value and transform relationships into long-term partnerships.
What will you do?
✨ Lead and grow strategic client accounts, ensuring business development and long-term success.
✨ Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region.
✨ Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and become a strategic partner for clients.
✨ Drive commercial objectives, profitability and account growth.
✨ Partner with internal teams to design solutions aligned with client goals.
✨ Analyze business performance, identify opportunities and propose growth strategies.
✨ Support and guide account teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
What are we looking for?
🔹 5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development or Commercial roles.
🔹 Experience managing complex B2B clients and senior stakeholders.
🔹 Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
🔹 Commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
🔹 Strategic mindset, ownership and a problem-solving attitude.
🔹 Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
🔹 Fluent English (preferred).
