Seeking a full-time outpatient mental health therapist to work in-person and possibly some telehealth with various ages and diagnoses. Therapist will have flexible scheduling in setting their full-time hours. Contractors earn 60% of their billable hours - earning potential of $80k per year. A salaried position may also be an option and can be discussed further.

About Us:
Lasting Solutions provides therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families for a variety of behavioral health conditions. We are a licensed behavioral health center run by clinicians for clinicians (not by administrators for a corporation). Your voice, your clinical interests, your ideas and your goals matter to us. We have made great efforts to assemble a cohesive and supportive team of clinicians, as well as to make a positive workplace environment.
At Lasting Solutions, we value clinical skills and quality of care, so we often help our therapists access supervision and continuing education (e.g., conference registration, certifications, EMDR training and therapy materials, etc.). We would prefer applicants who are experienced and licensed, but we can also work with therapists pursuing licensure. We have an ALPS supervisor and supervising psychologist on site.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling
- LICENSE ELIGIBILITY for LPC, LGSW/LCSW/LICSW, or Clinical Psychology
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Pass a background check through WV CARES prior to beginning employment
- Personal computer and access to reliable internet
