CNC Programmer / Machine TechnicianFull-Time – On SiteWe are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer who can take jobs from start to finish. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with production machining.Responsibilities:Program CNC machines from initial setup through completionCreate, edit, and optimize toolpathsCalibrate and maintain CNC machines for accurate performanceDiagnose machining issues, production errors, and alarm conditionsWork with operators to ensure parts meet required specificationsAssist in improving workflow, cycle times, and tooling strategiesRequirements:Proven experience programming 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machinesStrong understanding of G-code, CAM software, fixtures, and toolingAbility to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issuesKnowledge of inspection methods and quality standardsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced production environmentIf you have the skills to oversee jobs from programming through final part verification and enjoy solving complex machining challenges, we’d like to meet you.Company DescriptionLasticks Aerospace, Inc., is a family owned aerospace parts manufacturer, that was founded in 1969. Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
