Job Description
The BIM professional plays a key role in the planning and execution of construction and renovation projects by:
- Creating and maintain accurate REVIT models
- Collaborating closely with engineers to support project design and planning
- Identifying and resolving design and construction conflicts
- Coordinating projects from start to finish, including organization, prioritization, and deadline management.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Proficiency in 3D building model software; preferably Autodesk REVIT
- General understanding of construction documents and how they are organized
- Basic ability to interpret architectural & MEP construction drawings
- Experience in Microsoft Excel with an understanding of functions, formulas & tables
- Two years of experience where REVIT was your primary responsibility and/or formal training in Autodesk REVIT is preferred
- Experience at an architect/engineering/construction firm is a plus
