Zund CNC Router Operator - 2nd Shift

As we grow, we are looking to add hard-working, team-oriented people to our production team in a 2nd shift, part-time capacity. This would include working afternoons and weekends. The shift time could be flexible, but likely from 3pm-7pm during the week, with an opportunity to add a full 8-hour shift on Saturdays. This role could grow into a full-time role.

This team is the most important part of our business, as they are responsible for printing, finishing, and packaging our creative designs and making sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their product. Members of this team must be extremely detail-oriented and strive for the highest quality in their work. This person also must be willing to learn new skills, as we use some of the largest and most unique printing equipment in the world.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operating routing and cutting equipment, specifically our Zund CNC router.
• Maintaining production equipment with daily and weekly maintenance tasks
• Working within our detailed Work Orders to meet exact customer specifications
• Managing media usage to minimize waste
• Operating other finishing equipment (laminators, welders, cutters)
• Packaging jobs efficiently and securely to avoid damage in transit

Skills/Work Experience: High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience in print industry is preferred, especially working with a Zund CNC router. This job starts with hourly pay from $19-23/hr depending upon experience, with quick opportunities for hourly raises and performance-based bonuses starting from Day One. Apply today to be included!
