Position: Inspector Quality Control.
Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the products produced.
- Approve or reject parts/assemblies with respect to quality standards and record results.
- Select samples of finished parts/assemblies and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, comparing to specifications etc.).
- Use CMM systems (Faro arm and Faro laser tracker) and optical inspection system (InspecVision Planar) to perform complex inspection procedures.
- Maintain records of inspections per quality procedure.
- Review processes of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with requirements.
- Monitor customer rejections and establish root cause and corrective action.
- Aid in the calibration of measuring equipment.
- Prepare and submit reports as needed to the quality manager.
- Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role.
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Familiarity with quality inspection equipment and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret part drawings.
- Prefer Bilingual.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- High School Degree; Further qualifications will be a plus.
