We are seeking a skilled and professional Laser Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other esthetic laser treatments with precision and care
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate treatments based on their individual needs and skin types
- Maintain accurate client records using salon software such as MINDBODY and other scheduling tools
- Provide additional cosmetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading as needed
- Ensure all treatment areas are sanitized and maintained according to health regulations and salon standards
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and safety precautions
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in laser technology and cosmetic procedures
- Uphold excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries professionally
Skills
- Proven experience with esthetic laser treatments and body waxing techniques
- Knowledge of salon software such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Familiarity with retail sales to recommend products or additional services confidently
- Experience with eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, makeup application, barbering, nail care, and hair threading is a plus
- Understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe treatment environment
- Cosmetology license or relevant certification required; additional certifications in laser technology preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
