Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by servicing our clients hair care needs.
- Support Salon marketing strategies, client retention programs, and product sales programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product innovations to keep the salon at the forefront of hair care and styling.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, specializing in hair cutting and hair coloring.
- Expert in Coloring, Foiling, Waxing, Perms a plus.
- Strong team player and solid interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Relevant certifications and licenses in cosmetology or barbering.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Strong knowledge of hair care products.
