Laser Eye Institute is seeking a patient surgery coordinator for Laser Vision Correction to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a patient coordinator you assist prospective patients through the laser vision correction process while upholding our core values of safety, results, and experience. Responsibilities- Schedule initial and follow-up appointments for patients undergoing laser vision correction
- Follow up with prospective patients to answer questions, provide estimates, and schedule consultation appointments
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical team to ensure seamless patient experience
- Overcome patient objections and barriers to scheduling in a friendly and professional method
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in elective (cosmetic, dentistry, laser vision correction) scheduling preferred
- Friendly attitude with a sales driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills, both verbal and written
