Senior Paid Search Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize lower-funnel paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
- Manage Performance Max campaigns and leverage automation features to improve campaign efficiency and scale.
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, ad copy testing, audience targeting, and bid management.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, creative, and strategy to align paid search efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Stay current on industry trends, search platform updates, and emerging best practices to continuously enhance performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3 years of hands-on paid search experience, preferably in an agency or performance marketing environment.
- Proven experience managing lower-funnel campaigns focused on lead generation or direct response.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads; Performance Max experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
- Google Ads certification a plus.
