Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and support front desk operations
- Process, maintain and organize electronic and paper documentation
- Enter, update and track work orders and resident information
- Assist with invoice processing, data entry and administrative reporting
- Support resident file management and recertification processes
- Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, maintenance staff and internal teams
- Utilize property management software and Microsoft Office applications daily
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Prior administrative or office support experience required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail required
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with OneSite, Yardi or similar property management systems
- Background in housing, property management or multifamily operations
- Familiarity with compliance, affordable housing or recertification processes
- Compensation: $18-$21 per hour, depending on experience
