PeopleSoft Support Analyst- Finance & Accounting

LaSalle Network has partnered with a diversified global financial services platform to hire a PeopleSoft Financials Analyst. This is a high-visibility role supporting mission-critical finance processes in a regulated environment—ideal for someone who can own AP/AR/GL operations and comfortably troubleshoot PeopleCode-heavy customizations.

This role follows a 3x a week in office schedule and has budgeted base salary up to $160,000 with potential bonus eligibility up to 20%. A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.

What You’ll Own

• AP: Vendor hierarchies, payment processing, GL integration
• AR: Complex billing cycles, credit processing, aging/reporting
• GL: Close support, year-end “crunch,” batch monitoring restoration
• Account opening logic: Regulatory workflows for Broker-Dealers, SWAPs, and CM
• PeopleCode (Finance): Read troubleshoot customizations (not full-stack dev work)
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong PeopleSoft Financials experience across AP/AR/GL
• Comfort in highly customized environments and reading PeopleCode
• Experience supporting close cycles, batch jobs, and time-sensitive finance operations
• Strong communication documentation skills
