HR Operations SpecialistResponsibilities
- Own end-to-end, biweekly multi-state payroll for ~200 employees
- Manage payroll inputs including commissions, bonuses and adjustments
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits questions
- Lead open enrollment and ongoing benefits education initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws
- Manage audits, reporting requirements and HR documentation
- Support onboarding, HRIS setup and new hire experience
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee inquiries
- 3 years of experience in payroll, benefits or HR operations
- Hands-on multi-state payroll processing experience
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and benefits administration
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paycor preferred)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- LaSalle Network contractors have the opportunity to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance
- Competitive compensation ($70,000-$85,000) upon conversion
